Getting to know you
It's essential to understand your organization's history and mission. Where are you in your evolution? At the beginning of your journey? At an inflection point? In a moment of special celebration such as an anniversary or an achieved milestone? What are we trying to do together? Gala event? Silent auction? Outdoors and relaxed? All of these questions are important for us to understand how to get the best/most out of our performance for you.
Understanding objectives
We're at our best when we understand the essence of our role. Are we trying to raise funds? Are we only trying to raise awareness? Both? Are we protagonists in projecting your message and repeating a clear call to action, or are we simply entertaining your guests as part of a backdrop for that messaging to occur? These are important nuances.
Planning and promotion
It's quite possible that your organizing is impeccable and planned right down to the minute. On the other hand, you may want to turn to us in your planning phase to make use of our experience in fundraising and awareness events. This is really up to you. We're at your disposal to help with social media, e-flyers, posters, radio and tv interviews leading up to the event. It's what we do.
Sound, lights, action
We travel with our own sound equipment and lighting. After many years, we feel it's the only way to deliver consistent quality. However, if we are convinced that more and better equipment is available and necessary for the engagement, we will work closely with sound engineers and stage decorators to achieve the perfect ambience for you.
